Easy Dulce de Leche Churros

An easy and delicious Hispanic snack used for breakfast or dessert

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Frying oil
  • Dulce de leche


  1. Add dry ingredients together.
  2. In a saucepan, add the milk, butter.
  3. Melt butter, remove from heat and add the flour all at once, stirring constantly.
  4. Mix well until it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan and forms a smooth ball.
  5. Arrange the dough into a pastry sleeve with a large flower nozzle.
  6. Churros is made to the desired size, cutting with scissors.
  7. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  8. Serve with dulce de leche on churros
