La Tia Gallega Tasty Stew Beef
Delicious and easy to make!
Hello,
On this crisp chilly day, all I think of is how to warm the family tummy with tasty homemade food. It is the little time spent with family that makes heartfelt memories. It is not often that we have meat on the table but on occasions we are graced with some of La Tia Gallega Tasty Stew Beef. I had to get this recipe and share with you as it is so easy, quick and tasty for the busy mom.
Sometimes, we would like to enjoy some home made food but it takes forever and we either purchase cook food or wait until the weekend. I was amazed at home with a quick La Tia Tasty Stew Beef took and how delicious it was that I took advantage of the occasion. It really was amazing at how simple it was with just a four ingredients. We had visitors over and we remade the recipe just to share with you all. We had fun, was happy as usual with the result and the company we shared.

La Tia Gallega Tasty Stew Beef
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb beef chopped
- couple bay leaf
- 2 large garlic chopped
- 1 large onion diced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

In a large pot, saute the garlic for a few minutes. Add onions and saute as well til clear. Next add the beef and water and let simmer for 30 45 minutes til cook to your taste. Add bay leaf and stew 10 minutes more. Turn off stove and remove pot from heat. Serve immediately or til cool with rice, potatoes or mac and cheese.
I served and everything was gone in minutes and my picture momento (moment) was gone! IT was a very good day!
Sabroso estofada de Carne de la Tía
Ingredients
1 1/2 libra de carne picada
par de laurel
2 ajos grandes picados
1 cebolla grande picados
Sal a gusto
Pimienta negra al gusto
1 cucharada de aciete de oliva
Método
Corta la cebolla y ajo.
En una olla grande, saltee el ajo por unos minutos.
Lluego agregue las cebollas cortadas y saltee tambíen hasta que queden claro.
Añade la carne a la cebolla y ajo.
Añade aqua tapando la carne y cuece por unos 30- 45 minutos hasta que este cocido a su gusto.
Añade las hojas de laurel y cuece 10 minutos mas. Sirva enseguida ccon arroz, patatas or macaron y queso.
Sirve a todos y que crees hasta lo mio comeron. Tarde tanto de sentarme pero gracias que la cocinera prueba y se que la venta fue bueno.
I enjoyed that this was tasty, easy and quick especially in the pressure cooker. Also, another ideas using beef with pasta. I found out afterwards and suggests it especially during the work week. Please let us know what is your best dinner meal for during the week with the family. Enjoy!
