Hello my dear one,
Hope you are keeping warm on this Spring day!!! Kinda crazy weather huh? Well, I am a little concerned with the little cold we have been having in this corner of the map. It has been a while since we have had any hurricane. Get insured and be on the safe side. Just mentioning. It does feel nice that we have a chilly day at this time of the year. But lets enjoy some of this delicious Pressure Cooker Refried Beans Quesadillas with the family.
It is always great to eat some delicious food .when it is so chilly. Since I had some Pressure Cooker Refried Beans I decided to make some delicious quesadillas. I checked to see if I had all my ingredients. Oh yes, there were all the ingredients and made my family very happy. We like quesadillas that we have it for breakfast, dinner, lunch as well as a snack. Oh yes, it is quick and easy and delicious.
All quesadillas has cheese and the best one we enjoy for this specialty is Muester. When melted it gets stretchy and so yummy which makes it nicer. Firstly, we warm the flour tortilla (the size of your choice.)
We allow the tortilla to warm up on both sides. This helps the cheese to get warm and starts to melt faster.
It really gets better and you can taste the flavor of the cheese in the tortilla. But it gets better as we set the warm refried beans on the tortillas.
I fold the tortillas over which encloses the cheese and beans. This makes the cheese melts and keeps the tortillas together. Keep the heat low and you can see the melted cheese sipping out.
It really is amazing how the combination is making my mouth begins to water at the thought and just cannot wait to bite into the quesadillas. So mouth watering. Que rico! Yes, it brings out the latino in me, jeje. Well, to complete add some topping. We add sour cream or cream cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and some chopped cilantro.
It is always a hit in our home. We serve as a snack for dinner lunch or breakfast. If you make it, let us know how much you enjoy or if you modified the quesadillas. Buen Provecho, enjoy. We look forward to hearing your comment!
