Tasty and Easy Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Well, have been a bit busy in the kitchen. It sure has been smelling so awesome at my home. I have been tasty all day. Yeah at dinner time I am full. Well, that is what happen to the cook, yes? I am so excited with at the scents combined together. Oh yes and the day is so beautiful! Giving thanks for all especially this Tasty and Easy Sweet Potatoes.
Well, I have tried a new recipe that a lovely friend gave me. She is also a great cook. Reminiscing. I can remember when we used to enjoy our Spanish classes with some great people and teacher. Emy’s special momentos de recuerdos! After tasting this recipe, I know you and your family will enjoy.
- 2 lbs Sweet Potatoes/Yams diced
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ cup pecans chopped
- Peel sweet potatoes and diced.
- Place in baking dish.
- Add brown sugar to taste, grated ginger, pecans and spices.
- Mix well together.
- Bake 350 degrees til potatoes has a soft texture or to your satisfaction.
- You can add other spices to taste.

Receta de Patatas Dulce (Boniato)
2 libras de Boniato
3 cucharas de azucar trigueño
1 cuchara de canela
1 cucharita de gingibre
1/2 taza de nuez de pecán cortados
Pelar las patatas dulces (boniato) y cortados. Coloque en la bandeja de hornear. Agrega azúcar a gusto, jengibre rallado y las nueces de pecán. Mezcle bien juntos. Hornee a 350 grados hasta que la patata tiene una textura suave o para su satisfacción. Puede añadir otras especias al gusto.
