I have so many different appetites to satisfy as I have vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Today, I decided to soothe the hungry meat eaters. Well, I decided to go shopping and found some nice Pork Steak and decided to make a delicious meal with potatoes and vegetables. Are you ready for the kitchen? I can remember that while my mom did the cooking, I tried to do the salad.
Breaded Pork Steak
- 1 lb Pork Steak
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper, season to taste
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Firstly, I washed pork steak with lemon and water. Second, I placed meat on a large dish or plate and seasoned with lemon, salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Later, to bread the pork steak which was pound to tenderized. Next, I placed a dish for the well beaten eggs and in the next dish, the mixture of bread crumbs with Parmesan and parsley but I season the mixture as well. Preheat a large pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. While the oil is warming up, place the pork steak in the egg and then in the bread mixture.
- The pan should be hot enough that when you place the pork chops in it, you should be able to hear a sizzling sound. Since it is thinly sliced, it should cook within 3-4 minutes per side or until the breading is golden brown.
- Feel free to try my recipe and looking forward to hear your comment: did your family enjoyed this quick and tasty recipe? Have a great day!
