A Delicious Green Salad
How are you all doing? Well, I must say, all is well since everyone is in good health. And giving “Thanks” for that one important reason. I must say, it is a very good reason to eat well. The changes in weather is the beginning of the cold season, unfortunately, if one does not eat well. We always enjoy A Delicious Green Salad, it helps your body defenses.
Here are a couple reasons or tips to keep healthy at this time:
- Take your vitamins, especially Omega-3 and Zinc, it fights the allergy and cold bacteria that is around.
- Always dry your hair before going out in the cool weather, some it does not affect but others cannot.
- A smoothie is a great way to enjoy veggies and fruits.
- Eat your greens and a good salad is the best dish to good health.
Today I will share one of the easiest salad with the basic ingredients and is very delicious as a side dish to complete your meal. Whenever you make a salad. the more greens you have in it the better for you and your brain. It helps nourish the brain and it helps with alzheimers. The more greens the better it helps the patient with their memory. Help your love one or elderly by creating lots of green salad.
1 pack green & purple salad
1 large tomato
1 large cucumber
Dressings of you choice
Wash your greens and drain. In a bowl, add your greens. Slice your tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and add to bowl. Add dressing of your choice.
