How are you all doing? Have plans for the weekend? We going to visit the family? OK, since it is the last day of the week, I am trying to make breakfast healthy. Well, let me see what is in the kitchen before I confirm what type of smoothie I am going to have.
Well, I need to make sure that I need to drink some vitamin B of some sort. They energizes and increases blood cells as it is vital to our existence. This is most needed for mothers to be to help with a healthy baby by taking folic acid (folate) supplements to reduce the risk of conditions such as spina bifida in the baby.
Kale & Banana Smoothie
2 Bananas (sliced)
1/2 cup kale
1/2 c orange or apple or milk (your choice)
1/2 cup Ice (Optional)
Honey or Sugar (Optional)
Put all in blender and blend mixture. Blend well so the kale is well blended and the smoothie is smooth without chunks. You can use honey or sugar. The fruits and juice gives the smoothie a sweet, natural blend. You can add cornflakes to give it a thicker blend if you wish.
