WELCOME to MY Cooking Adventures
It is with great pleasure that I would like to welcome you to Emy’s cooking adventures. I love to try and make different food and learn about different cultures by their traditions as I enjoy cooking and making others happy by creating their special food. I have visited several countries and I certainly have met many people in our diverse community and have tasted their scrumptious food. It is my hope to certainly learn much more about food and share them with you all. Sharing my knowledge with healthy food encourages me to eat well and share this wealth of information with you all. As days goes by, I have realized that our food can be quite delicious using natural spices and vegetable. Natural color might not be as vibrant compared to when you add some colors to the food. I would like to bring to your attention that colors added to food is not a great idea as it causes a reaction in children. I am aware that most parents are not aware of this even though it catches the eye or attention of children. As parents, we need to take care of our children and provide the food that is essential and important for their health. This is one of the topics that I will elaborate on in some post as I believe it is very important to the next generation.
As a family blog, I will also provide some reviews to provide some healthy alternative for working parents to use during the weekday. I know first hand that it is not easy being a working parent with children. There are days that we use packed food to provide an alternative food to our family. It is recommended not to use daily but on occasions it is good for the family as the parent needs to relax if that is possible. What do you think about these alternatives?
